Mildred Nylene Morlan, 91, daughter of J.Arthur and Esther (Wallace) Brown. She married Kenneth Morlan, Milan, Mo., Nov. 5, 1942. He preceded her in death July 13, 1988.
Nylene was an active member of Maywood Baptist Church , Indep., Mo. She sang with the Lamplighter Choir and knitted caps for the Salvation Army for the homeless. She retired from the Jones Store Co. in 1974.
Surviving is one brother, Auron Brown, St. Catharine; sister-in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
She also was preceded in death by four brothers; Jewell, Prentiss, Eldon and Clifton Brown and one sister, Opal Stauber.
