MRS. M. L. HIGGINS
Mrs. Sabina Higgins, wife of M. L. Higgins, died at 7:30 o'clock last night at the residence of her husband, 414 Second Street, South Portsmouth, after a lingering illness.
She was a native of Galway, Ireland, but made her home in Portsmouth for the last twenty-three years. She was a constant member of St. Paul's Catholic Church and had many friends.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her mother, Mrs. Julia Woodhouse, and three daughters, Miss Rose Higgins, Mrs. Loretta J. Riley and Mrs. Thomas J. Hurst. Two sons, Stephen Joseph Higgins and Robert Emmett Higgins, also survive her.
Arrangements for the funeral services were not completed last night but will be announced tomorrow morning.
