Funeral services for Mrs. Viola Ethylean Cooper, 78, Andrews, are pending here at James B. Totten and Son Funeral Home.
Mrs. Cooper, died Friday in an Andrews hospital after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Bowie, Apr. 8, 1888, and had lived in Andrews the past two years. Prior to residing in Andrews, she lived in California for eight years, and before that she had been a resident of Electra for 24 years.
Survivors include the husband A.D. Cooper, Andrews; three sons, W.S. Cooper, Andrews; H.A. Cooper, Jr., U.S. Army Stationed at Fort Ord, Calif; three daughters, Mrs. Pearl Roberts, Fairfield, Calif.; Mrs. Cleo Peavy, San Luis Obispo, Calif., Mrs. Irene Hardwith, Pasadena, Calif., and one brother, Mark McNett, Yarnell, Ariz.

MRS. COOPER, ELECTRA, DIES

ELECTRA, Tex.(Special)---
Mrs. A.D. Cooper, 78, died in an Andrews, Tex. hospital Friday.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday from Church of Christ with Clem Barret officiating, assisted by Lemuel Phillips, Minister. Burial will be in New Electra Cemetery under direction of James B. Totten and Son Funeral Home.
Born April 8, 1888 in Bowie, Tex., she married A.D. Cooper in 1905.
She is survived by her husband; three sons, W.S. of Andrews, H. A. of Houston and SGT, 1C A.D. Jr. of U.S. Army, Ft. Ord, Calif., Mrs. Cleo Peavy of San Luis Obispo, Califl and Mrs. Irene Haworth of Pasadena, Calif.; a brother , Mark McNett of Yarnell, Ariz,; 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Viola Ethylean Cooper, 78, died around 3:10 a.m. Friday in Andrews Hospital after. following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services were pending at Todder and Son Funeral Home in Electra. Singleton funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
Mrs. Cooper had lived in Andrews two years. She was born April 8, 1888 in Bowie and resided in California and in Electra for 24 years.
Survivors include the husband, A.D. of Andrews; three sons, W.S. of Andrews, H.A. of Houston and A.D. Jr. of Ft. Ord, California.
