Adam Louis Erlinger's baptismal record shows him baptized 10/13/1867. Adam and Amelia Anthony (Anthoney) were married March 12, 1891 at the Immaculate Conception Church, on Lafayette Avenue and Longfellow Blvd., St. Louis. I do know her mother died before 1886, probably in rural Madison Co., Ill.

"Adam went to work for the Frisco Railroad in 1890. He lived on Compton Avenue near Hickory Street. I am not sure how he met Amelia Anthony but she lived with the Hunneger Family at the Hickory Street address. The Hunneger family gave/sold them the Hickory Street property. Hunneger's had a butcher shop that later became Sunrise Packing Co. My guess is that Adam met Amelia at the butcher shop. Adam was a hunter and may have had deer butchered there or he may have worked there after hours. Since he was from a farm, he would have known how to butcher.

"The Hickory Street Address is right. From there they moved to Eads Avenue. About 1924-5 they moved to Botanical Avenue. In 1943 Adam moved to St. Louis Co, after Amelia's death
