Lenora Blanche Akers was the daughter of Hily F. and Mahala A. Akers, born in Red Sulphur, Monroe Co. in June 1895. In 1910, Lenora and her family are listed as living in Red Sulphur. On March 20, 1916, Lenora married Cecil Carrington Dillon in Monroe Co., and continued living in Red Sulphur, Monroe Co. through the 1920 federal census period. Lenora and Cecil eventually had, at least, four children: Myrtle Ruth, Raymond Tarlton, Theodore Junior and Robert Lee Dillon all listed as born in Cashmere, Monroe Co., where in 1942, Cecil's occupation is listed as a farmer. Lenora died in 1969 and is interred here in the Orchard Cemetery with her husband and son, Raymond Tarlton and his wife, Ethel.
