Calicia, a lifelong resident of Dixon, passed away at the Española Hospital. She was survived by her husband Frank Medina of the home in Dixon; 4 daughters: Marcela Medina and Dolores Sherman of Dixon; Helen Martinez of Velarde; and Betty Reynolds of Los Luceros; a son Clarence Medina of Dixon; 14 grandchildren; and many other relatives.
Funeral services were held 3 Nov 1983 at the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in Apodaca. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Pallbearers: Amado Martinez, Chris Martinez, Raymond Martinez, Freddie Medina, David Sherman, and Gilbert Cordova.
