OBITUARIES
Thomas H. Bottle, 61, of Smithville Flats, died Monday morning in the Greene Hospital, after a short illness. He was born in Sitting Bourne, Kent, England, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas H. Bottle. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice; six daughters, Mable A. R. Bottle of Utica, Mrs. Elsie M. Church Smith of Smithville Center, Mrs. Mary B. Lindsay of Binghamton, Miss E. Louise Bottle of New York City, Mrs. Florence M. Lessard of Greene and Viola J. Bottle of Ithaca; two sons, Henry J. and James M., both of Smithville Flats; four brothers, Charles and Edgar, both of Binghamton, Monty and Arthur, both of England; and eight grandchildren. He was a member of the Bishop Huntington Memorial Chapel of Smithville Flats, and one of its vestrymen, a member of Greene Chapter of War Dads, and P.T.A. of Smithville Flats. The body was remmoved to Root Funeral Home in Greene, where it will be remain until Thursday morning, when it will be taken to the Zion Episcopal Church in Greene for funeral services.

BOTTLE - The body of Thomas H. Bottle will remain at the Root Funeral Home in Greene until Thursday morning, when it will be taken to the Zion Episcoal Church in Greene, where the funeral will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Philip Pearson of Norwich will officiate. Burial will be in Sylvan Lawn Cemetery, Greene. Friends may call at the funeral home.
