She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Walton Milford and Daisy Kate (Marett) Milford, her first husband, James Nick Spoone, her siblings, Sammie William Milford, Lula Mae (Milford) Brown, Dorothy Virginia (Milford) Pettit, Mary Bathsheba (Milford) Gunnells, Sallie Elizabeth (Milford) Felker, Arlington Calloway Milford and Frances Olga (Milford) Moore.
