Rollo D. Buffum, 71, of 203 W. Elm St., died at 3:55 a.m. today at Graham Hospital.

Born Sept. 18, 1911, in Putman Township, he was the son of Curtis and Effie Mae (Wheeler) Buffum. He married Darlene Mann Dec. 7, 1933, in Havana. She survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Terry Buffum of Canton and Mark Buffum of Cuba; four grandchildren and one great granddaughter; two brothers, Ernest Buffum of Wichita, Kan., and Carroll Buffum of Canton; and three sisters, Mrs. Bessie Huffman of Bushnell, Mrs. Ruby Deakin of Cuba and Marjorie Jones of Canton.

Two brothers and two sisters died earlier.

Mr. Buffum retired from the International Harvester Co. Canton Plant in 1972 after 42 years of service. He was a member of the First Christian Church.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Murphy Sedgwick Memorial Home with the Rev. Darrell Harrison officiating.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 Thursday evening.

Burial will be in Cuba Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church.
