GROVER PETERSON RITES ARE TUESDAY
GrGrover Arvid Peterson, 84, died Friday morning at Good Samaritan Center in Villisca after an extended illness. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M., Tuesday at Mission Covenant Church in Stanton, the Rev. David A. E. Carlson officiating. Burial will be in the Essex Cemetery.
Mr. Peterson was born March 28, 1889, in Page County and married Alice Carlson, February 25, 1915. He was a lifetime resident of Page and Montgomery Counties except for a few years living in Colorado.
He was a retired farmer and was part owner and operator of an auto repaid show in Essex.
Survived by a son, Ralph of Stanton and four daughters, Mrs. Walter (Arlene) Young, Sunrise Beach, Missouri; Mrs. H. A. (Norma) Hearron, Omaha, Nebraska; Mrs. Duane (Marjorie) Ayres, Red Oak, and Mrs. Glen (Helen) Stine, Arvada, Colorado.
