Earlena E. Hepler, 85, of Manor Care, and formerly of Bordnersville Road, Jonestown, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 4, 2010, at Manor Care, where she had been a resident for the past six years. She was the wife of the late Ray E. Hepler. Born in Union Twp., on February 12, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd Bordner and Jennie Boltz Binkley. She had worked as a seamstress for Milsan Mills in Lebanon. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Chapel, Greenpoint, and a 35 year member of the Jonestown Perseverance Fire Co. She is survived by her sisters, Earla Keefer and Ernestine Ney, both of Jonestown; sisters-in-law, Mary Binkley of Grantville, Betty Binkley of Enola, and Ruth Binkley of Huntingdon; 20 nieces and nephews; and numerous great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles, Clifford, Clyde, Lloyd, Kermit, and Kenneth Binkley; stepfather, Robert Binkley; and companion, Earl Haldeman. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2010, at 11 a.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 and Camp Meeting Road, Jonestown. Viewing will be held on Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and prior to the service on Tuesday. Interment will be at the Pleasant Hill Chapel Cemetery.
