The sponsors at the baptism of Elizabeth Lessig were Jacob Remmel and his wife, Polly (Maria Lessig).

At the time of their marriage in 1854, Elizabeth Lessig was living at Saylorsburg and John Danner in Easton. After their marriage the couple moved to 14 Ettwein Street in Bethlehem, PA.

In 1880 Elizabeth (Lessig) Danner, age 49, was living in the 3rd Ward in Bethlehem, Northampton Co., PA, with her husband, John F. Danner age 46 a carpenter, and five of their children; son William E. Danner age 20 a druggist, son Harry A. Danner age 16, son Oscar J. Danner age 14, son John J. Danner age 10, and daughter Anna S. Elizabeth (Lessig) Danner died at her summer home at Ross Common in Monroe County and was buried in Salem Union Cemetery (now part of Nisky Hill Cemetery) in Bethlehem.

Mrs. Elizabeth Lessig Danner, widow of the late John F. Danner, whose death at her summer home at Ross Common yesterday, was briefly mentioned in The Times, was born on March 3, 1831. Her age was 85 years, 6 months and 24 days. The remains were removed by Undertaker L. L. Brickel to the deceased's residence at 14 Ettwein Street, whence the funeral will take place on Sunday at 3:10 p.m., with services at the house. Interment will be made in Union Cemetery.

The deceased is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Anna Walters, of Bethlehem; three sons, William E., of Canada; Harry A., of McKeesport and John, of Mexico; two sisters, Mrs. D. Custard, of South Bethlehem, and Mrs. George Macks, of Saylorsburg; three brothers, Peter Lessig, of Monroe County; Enos Lessig, of Ellsworth, Kan., and Reuben Lessig, of Reading; and 11 grandchildren, namely Elsie, Leslie, Edward, Muriel, John, Oliver, Ira, Hazel and Helen Danner, and Harold and Frank Walters.
