Mrs. Josephine Ann Worden, widow of Andrew DeVoe Worden, died yesterday at her home, one Crawford place. She was seventy-eight.

Mrs. Worden was born in Spring Glen, N.Y., on January sixteenth, 1871. She was the daughter of Gerard Wilson and Phoebe Budd Donnelly. On November twenty-second 1887 in Mountaindale she married Mr. Worden. She had been a resident of this city for thirty-seven years and was a member of St. Paul's Methodist Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Floyd Turner of High Falls, N.Y.; five sons, Alvin of Walden, Andrew of Howells and William, Elwood and Frank of Middletown; a sister, Mrs. Adelaide Tucker of Rochelle Park, N.J.; twenty-three grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon at 2:30 in the Hasbrouck Chapel with the Rev. D. George Davies officiating. Interment will be in Poplar Grove Cemetery, Phillipsport.

Omitted from the list of survivors of Mrs. Andrew Worden, who died Monday at her home, one Crawford place, was a daughter, Mrs. Frederick Davis of Middletown. Mrs. Worden is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
