Mrs. Hazel Edwards Hetrick, 83, of 240 Third St., died at 12:45 p.m. yesterday in Butler County Memorial Hospital. Born in Schenley, Pa., July 17, 1895, she was the daughter of the late Albert Richard and Jane D. Lasher Edwards. Her husband, Paul J. Hetrick, died April 8, 1971. She was a member of Hill Inited Presbyterian Church. Surviving are a niece, Mrs. Emma Jean Boarts of Avonmore RD1; and a nephew, Robert L. Edwards of Vandergrift. HETRICK – Friends of Mrs. Hazel Edwards Hetrick of 240 Third St., who died Monday April 9, 1979, will be received at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday from the funeral home, with the Rev. C. Kenneth Hall, pastor of Hill United Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery, Hooker. Arrangements by Thompson-Miller.
