Hubert was a son of Wm C Kendall & Jupheena Barmore. He left Indiana in the mid 1920s & settled in Independence, MO, near many of his Barmore cousins. In 1934, he was married to Louise F. McDonald. They had 2 known children.

Hubert E. Kendall, 74, of 1421 Osage, died Sunday at the Independence Sanitarium and Hospital.
He was born in Birdseye, Indiana and had lived in this area for 57 years. He was a welder for Standard Oil, Sugar Creek, before he retired 12 years ago. He was a member of the Enoch Hill congregation of the RLDS Church and was a member of the Oil, Chemical and Atomic Workers International Union.
His survivors include his wife, Louise Kendall of the home; a son, David E. Kendall, Independence; a daughter, Norma Jane Bain, Slater, Colo; and six granddaughters.
Services will be 1:30 P.M. Wednesday at the church; burial in Mound Grove Cemetery.
