SERVICES HELD SUNDAY FOR MRS. EVA MAE HILL, 68

Services for Mrs. Eva Mae Hill, 68, of Hazelton, rural route, Pike County, were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Harris Funeral Home with the Rev. Chester Medcalf officiating. Burial was at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Union.
Mrs. Hill, member of the RLDS Church, died at 5:10 a.m. Mar 16 at her home, following a lingering illness. She was born May 2, 1887 in Crawford County, the daughter of William C. and Juphena (Barmore) Kendall and married Burkee Hill October 9, 1905 at English, Ind.
Surviving, besides her husband are 4 daughters, Mrs. Paul Lindy of Houghton, LA, Mrs. Doris Collins of Union, Miss Flossie Hill of Dayton, Ohio, and Mrs. Bob Wright of St. Wendell, Ind; two sons, Harold and Lossie, both of Union; four sisters, Alma S. Kendall and Mrs. Dora Sandage of Independence, MO, Mrs. Ester Hawkins of Petersburg, Mts. John Lytle of Birdseye; eight brothers, Simon A., of Petersburg, Charles C. of Brooklyn, NY, Fred Kendall of Missouli, Mont., James M. of Mt. Grove, MO, Everett Kendall of Spenard, Alaska, Delbert Kendall of Anaconda, Mont., and Hubert and Hosea Kendall of Independence, MO; 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

(Note: Error in Obit lists Alma S. as a sister of Eva HIll. Alma was her brother!)
