OBITUARY

Veronica L. Donovan, 82, Minneapolis, died Thursday, June 12, 1980, at the Good Counsel Cancer Home in St Paul.

A daughter of Daniel and Margaret Adams, she was born October 19, 1897, in New Richland, MN. On November 23, 1920, she married Cyril C. Donovan. He survives.

Besides her husband, Cyril, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Donald (Patricia) Shea of Milwaukee, WI, two sons, Thomas of Honolulu, Ha. And Daniel of Minneapolis; a daughter –in-law, Mrs. Michael (Wanda Donovan) of Columbus, Ga.; 7 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Four sisters, all of Milwaukee, Wis., also survive. They are Mrs, John (Bernadine) Warden, Mrs. Lawrence (Greta) Kircher, Mrs. Ray (Dorothy) Sullivan and Mrs. Jack (Elinor) McCartney.

A son, Michael, preceded her in death.

Mass of Christian burial was held Monday, June 16 at Holy Name Church, Minneapolis.Interment was in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Memorials are preferred to Good Counsel Cancer Home or the National Leukemia Society.

Veronica had a career as a bookkeeper. She was a faithful correspondent to many friends and relatives.
