    Mrs. Crockett, Policemen's Mother Dies

Mrs. Virginia Crockett, the mother of three Charleston policemen, died Wednesday at her home after a heart attack.

The 68-year-old resident of 206 Campbells Creek Dr., was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Sgt. E. D. and Sgt. Jack Crockett and Patrolman Ray Crockett are the sons who are city policemen.

Other survivors are her husband, John W.; other sons, John W. Jr. of Charleston, Howard of Campbells Creek; daughters, Mrs. Ed Burgess of Charleston, Mrs. Theodore Belcher of Conneaut, Ohio; brother, Roy Collins of Beckley; sisters, Mrs. Arizona Hunter, Mrs. Ancil Shelton, both of Charleston, Mrs. Garnett Hilton of Baltimore, Mrs. Ray McConnell, Mrs. Paul Belcher, Mrs. Rufe McMillian, all of Beckley.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Cunningham Funeral Home and burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.
