The funeral for Prentice A. Conley, 60, of Petersburg will be conducted 4 p.m. today at the J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home in Petersburg.
A graveside service with military rights will be held 4 p.m. Sunday in Elk Run Cemetery at Elkton.
Mr. Conley died Thursday in Petersburg.
He was born Sept. 2, 1920 in Elkton and was a son of the late Zack R. and Loretta Frazier Conley.
In 1942, he married the former Hazel Price, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Prentice A. Conley, Jr., of Petersburg; five sisters, Bertha Dawson of Ridgley, W. Va., Gladys Good of Petersburg, Thelma Hensley and Florine Hensley, both of McGaheysville, and Frances Conley of Elkton; four brothers, David R. and Isaac J. Conley Sr., both of Elkton, Joseph Conley of Shenandoah and Edward Conley of Petersburg; and two grandchildren.
