SAD ACCIDENT - From Mr. Eugene Brown, of Loup precinct, we learn the particulars of a sad accident which occurred to Richard Yarman, of that vicinity, coupled with the death of his younger brother, Albert. Albert Yarman has been quite ill of late, and on last Saturday evening grew worse, so much so that his brother Richard started for the doctor to procure some medicine. He was mounted on a horse which stumbled and fell, falling upon Richard and breaking his leg. The horse ran a short distance and returned, when Richard managed to get on to his back and rode to a neighbor's house when he fell off. The leg is badly fractured and will have to be amputated. His brother Albert died the same evening, while seated at the table. His death, together with the accident to Richard, leaves the family, which was dependent upon their work for support, in really destitute circumstances.
