Rosetta "Rose" and Frank Knowles were blessed with four children. The first three were born in Logansport, Cass County, Indiana. Their oldest was Frances A. born 10/6/1906 and died 2/12/1995 Columbus, Ohio. Their second child was Margaret Alice (Knowles) Lisk born 8/23/1908 and died 3/20/1996 Columbus, Ohio. Their third child was Robert Edward Knowles born 8/27/1911 and died 1/23/1983 in Houston, Harris County, Texas. Their fourth child was Harry Joseph Knowles born in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio on 11/7/1914. He died from TB on 11/22/1946 in Marion Twp. near Columbus, Ohio

Rose died 7/13/1921 from "Endometritis Following Miscarriage". Which is caused by an infection in the uterus and may occur after the miscarriage or childbirth. Further investigation by the doctor showed she had an infection called septicemia (a blood poison).
