Elgin George Grames was the son of Albert James Grames and Lilly Susan Bass. He married Birdie Harrison Feb. 5, 1929 in Price, Utah; later divorced. They were the parents of Lorna Faye, James Leroy and Gerald Grames. He married Frances Jane Neal on November 7, 1949. They were the parents of a daughter, Maxine Grames.
