INEZ PARSONS MAYO , 91, of Bartlett, homemaker, died Saturday at Methodist University Hospital. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Ellendale United Methodist Church, where she was a member and former choir director, with burial in Memphis Memory Gardens. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. She was a member of Bartlett O.K. Houck 216 Order of the Eastern Star for 54 years, where she was a former worthy grand matron and grand organist for the State of Tennessee. Mrs. Mayo , the widow of Fred A. Mayo , leaves a daughter, Mary Ann Vickrey of Memphis; two sons, Fred A. Mayo Jr. of Pearcy, Ark., and Jack A. Mayo of Bartlett, 10 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
