J. W. 'BILLY' MAYO, 50, of Arlington, retired Shelby County sheriff's deputy, died Saturday. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Arlington Cemetery. He was a member of Arlington Presbyterian Church. Mr. Mayo, the husband of Sydney Mayo, also leaves a daughter, Jessica Mayo of Arlington; his mother, Inez Mayo of Ellendale, Tenn.; two sisters, Mary Ann Vickery of Memphis and Kathryn Bailey of Memphis, and two brothers, Fred Mayo of Pearcy, Ark ., and Jack Mayo of Bartlett.
