Orvis Jones, 67, passed away Sunday, August 1, after having suffered a heart attack Saturday evening as he was doing chores at his farm. His wife, a son and a daughter survive.
Services were held at the Methodist Church in Nora on Wednesday, August 4, with the Rev. Maurice E. Holt officiating. Interment was in the Spring Creek Cemetery at Ruskin.
Pall Bearers were Loren Thayer, Marvin Thayer, Dean Jones, LeRoy Hinz, Boyd Jones and William Anderson.
