Clarence Gee Glasscock was the son of Earl Smith Glasscock and Emma Gertrude Burns. He was born in Wesley, Oklahoma on June 9, 1918. Clarence had one sister: Ruby Hazel Glasscock (Hammond).

He also had three half siblings from his father's second marriage to Iva May "Ivy" Conger: Leonard Lee Glasscock, Iven Garland Glasscock, and Claude Richard "Rick" Glasscock.

At age 19, Clarence had a baby out of wedlock with his 16 year old step sister, Essie Pauline Britton (Pair). Since they were young and unmarried, their son Franklin Dee "Frank" Glasscock was raised by Pauline's mother (Iva May "Ivy" Conger) and Clarence's father (Earl Smith Glasscock), who were married to each other and had other children together. All available records will show Earl and Iva as his birth parents, though they are actually his adopted parents.

In 1939, Clarence married Rose Estella Karber (probably in Texas). Together, they had two children: Burley Gee Glasscock and Vonita Rose "Neda" Glasscock (Hinton). They were divorced in about 1957 in Cortez, Colorado.

Then on July 4, 1961, he married Dorothy Louise Simmons (Taylor). Three children were born of this union: Earl Gee Glasscock Taylor, Philip Wayne Glasscock Taylor and Fayma Louise Glasscock Taylor (Frye). They divorced on January 17, 1972 in Potter County, Texas. (When Dorothy remarried, she changed the children's last names to her new husband's name Taylor.)

Finally, on September 15, 1974, Clarence married Gloria Jean "Jeannie" Buckner in Lamb County, Texas. This marriage produced no children, and its status until his time of death is unknown.

Clarence passed away in Casper, Wyoming on June 25, 1995. He was buried at Natrona Memorial Gardens.
