Mildred Stevens Maynard was born in Sallisaw Aug. 30, 1917, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Stevens. She married Coy Maynard in 1933, having made her home southwest of Sallisaw.

Mrs. Maynard is survived by her husband, Coy Maynard, parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Stevens; five sisters, Trisie Stevens of Tulsa, Mrs. Opal Benge of Sallisaw, and Maxine and Reace of Choato, Okla., Mrs. Katy Geraldine of Sallisaw; six brothers, Bill, Ted, O.L., Albert, J.D. and Carnell of Sallisaw.

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Nazarene church at Sallisaw with Mrs. Grace Clapsaddle officiating and Rev. D. C. Callihan assisting. Interments were in the city cemetery under the direction of the Moore Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were Carl Frix, J. Fred Green, Luther Standridge, Duff Palmer, Horace Moore and A. W. Clapsaddle.

Infant Maynard died Wednesday morning, the child of Mr. and Mrs. Coy Manard.

Surviving is the father, Coy Maynard.

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Nazarene church with Rev. Mrs. Clapsaddle officiating.

Interments were in the city cemetery under the direction of Moore Funeral Home.
