Last rites held May 8th for Mrs. John Holm

Mrs. John Holm, 96, daughter of pioneer settlers of Severance Township, died in Minneapolis May 5th. Funeral services were held at Albinson's Funeral Chapel in Minneapolis May 8th. Burial was in the Clear Lake Baptist Cemetery at Gibbon.

Anna Larson was born in Ossen Dalarna, Sweden, and came to the United States with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lars Larson, at the age of three. She grew up in the community of Gibbon and in 1901 she was united in marriage to John A. Holm. Mr. Holm died in 1914. The deceased was a sister of the late John Nordlund of Gibbon.

She is survived by two daughters, Edith and Ethel Holm of Minneapolis; and one niece and two nephews, Harold, Clarence, and Mildred Nordlund of Gibbon.
