MURRAY — Hans Peter Arnold Berg, 97, 4927 Wasatch St., died Jan. 20 of natural causes at home. Born Feb. 19, 1875, Veggerslev, Ronders, Denmark, to Hansine and Engeline Petersen Berg. Married Harriet Rosalia Sanders April 20. 1899, Murray; solemnized Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died May 22, 1963.

Survivors: sons, daughters, Leonard S., Salt Lake City; Robert S., Mrs, LeGrand (Mary) Haslam, both Holladay; Mrs. G. E. (Myrtle) Anderson, Verna Berg, both Murray; Clifford S., Kearns; Mrs. Jack (Dorothy) Roark, Bountiful; 34 grandchildren; 45 great-Grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; half-brother half-sister, Alick T. Berg, Mrs. Charley (Jean) Holliday, both Salt Lake City.

Funeral Wednesday noon, Murray 1st LDS Ward Chapel, 180 E. Vine St. Friends call 4760 S. State St., Tuesday, 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, 11-11:45 a.m. Burial Murray Cemetery.
