She was married to Nick Drossel on March 10, 1893 in Gladbrook, Tama County, Iowa. Nicholas was born April 24, 1866 in Germany. He immigrated to the US in 1880. In 1910, they were in Southfork, Kanebec, MN. In 1930 they were in Central, Madara, CA. Mary died August 13, 1937 and Nic died December 30, 1952.

TURLOCK -- Aug 11 -- Mrs Mary Drossel, 70 died today in a Turlock hospital after a brief Illness.
Mrs. Drossel was a native of Wisconsin and had lived in the Turlock district the last four years.
Besides her husband Nicholas Drossel of Turlock she leaves three sons Clarence Drossel of San Francisco and Herman and Harvey Drossel of Turlock two sisters Mrs. Bertha Bock and Mrs. Theresa Steir of Wisconsin and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday morning at 10 o'clock in the J.W. Guy Chapel with Rev. H. H. Allen, pastor of the First Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in the Turlock Cemetery.
