She was the widow of Paul J. Schneider, retired U. S. Army, traveling extensively throughout Paul's military career and settled in Hopewell after his retirement. Ann was a member of St. James Catholic Church.
She is survived by three children, James Schneider and wife, Linda, of Chesterfield, Paul Schneider and wife, Anita, of Prince George and Shirley Shepperson and husband, Joe, of Chester; two granddaughters, Sonya and Bridget; two great-grandsons, Ethan and Nicholas; one brother, four sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8, 2006, at the Nelsen Funeral Home-Gould Chapel, 214 N. 6th Ave. A Mass of Resurrection will be conducted 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, 2006, at St. James Catholic Church. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
