RED LION - Dora H. Hoffman, 84, of 628 S. Main St., died 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 1983, at York Hospital. She was the wife of Ralph M. Hoffman.
The service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Home Inc., 145 E. Broadway. Burial will be in the Red Lion Cemetery. Viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Born in Lower Chanceford Township, daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Haugh) Alloway, she was a borough resident for 45 years and a member of Bethany United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Hoffman also is survived by two daughters, Gloria Bricker, 22 Circle Drive, York, and Bette Schmuck, 270 N. Cedar St., Dallastown; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Irvin Alloway, Brogue, and Raymond Alloway, Mount Wolf, and three sisters, Lillian Leese, York; Elsie Forwood, Stewartstown, and Ozella Helt, East Prospect.
