Roscoe Bulger, the 6th child and 3rd son of William and Amanda Bulger, was born in Dadeville, Alabama, November 10, 1878. Roscoe was educated, in the public school and Alabama Polytechnic Institute, Auburn, Alabama. He was of a sturdy build like his father. He was located in Birmingham for a few years, moving from there to Hamilton, Ohio where he married Bertha Frechtling, a very fine woman of German descent. His health failed and they returned to the old home in Dadeville, where he died August 2, 1913. He was a boy of lovable character and devoted to his
