Fifth child of Frank and Kate Holub Cinadr. See Baptismal record from St. Kunigunde (later St. Joseph) Catholic Church naming him Francis Cinadr, son of Francis Cinadr and Catherine Holop.

He married Margaret Burns 21 April 1886 at Holy Family Church (last name on the certificate was Snyder).

Five children were born to Frank and Maggie:
Joseph b 1887 (died before 1890)
Thomas b 1888
James b 1890
William b 1891
George b 1892
Valentine b 1896, died same day
Joseph b 1899

At the time of his death, Frank was a widower. He lived at 1850 West Van Buren Street in Chicago. His birth date is unknown but is estimated to be in 1860.

The information provided for Frank's death certificate came from his son, Joseph. He did not know who his grandparents were or where they came from except he knew his father was born in Iowa. He did not know when his father's birth date was.

His occupation was a painter, but he was unemployed at the time of his death.

Frank died as a result of complications from a fall down stairs at his home. His death looked like a suicide, but a coroner's jury ruled it accidental.
