JESUP -- Willie Mae Blocker, 84, died Nov. 14 at Beverly Health and Rehab Center in Jesup after a long illness. She was a Long County native and a member of Altamaha Baptist Church and the Senior Adult Sunday School Class.

sURVIVORS: her husband, Carroll A. Blocker of Jesup; a son, Thomas Albert Blocker of Jesup; two daughters, Carolyn B. Durden of Metter and Louise B. England of Waycross; a sister-in-law, Lois Akins Hodges of Glennville; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild, three step-grandchildren, seven step-great-grandchildren and a step-great-great-grandchild.

FUNERAL: 11 a.m. today at Altamaha Baptist Church, burial in Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery.-Savannah Now, Nov 1999
