Grover C. Hickey, Jr., 78, of 2017 Columbia Ave., died Tuesday at St. Joseph Hospital after a brief illness. He was the husband of the late Helen Hickey. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Grover C. Sr. and Elizabeth Ruhland Hickey. He worked for D.W. Lynch of Mountville for more than 10 years. Surviving are a son, Grover C. III of Lancaster; two sisters, Ruth E. Mott of Lancaster and Clara M., wife of Richard W. Heiselman of Lancaster; and two stepbrothers, George E. Bechtold and Guy L. Bechtold, both of Lancaster.
