ADA A ADKISON-89: passed away in a Madi-son hospital Thursday [3-15] after 1 week of illness. Mrs Adkison was born on a farm near Ellenboro. After her marriage, they lived on a farm west of Platteville until 1923, when she moved to the City of Platteville, where she lived for a number of years. Since leaving Platteville she has made her home with her daughter at Stevens Point & later at Beaver Dam & for the past 10 years she has lived in Madison.
Survivors are a dau: MrsJohn Roettiger-Hebron IL; a son Clifford Adkison-Madison; a brother: Allen Graves-Platteville; 10 grandchildren & 11 gr grandchildren.
Service was held Saturday afternoon [3-17] in Thomas Funeral Home, RevPaul White-Pastor of the First Methodist Church officiated. Burial was made in the Whig Cemetery.
