RICHFIELD, Utah--Our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, Aleta King "Ma" Riddle, 93, died at her home in Richfield, Tuesday, April 16, 1996.
She was born October 25, 1902 in Antimony, Utah, to Forrest King and Minnie Carpenter King. She married Guy Riddle, April 18, 1921 in Antimony. He preceded her in death February 10, 1984. She was a member of the LDS Church. She operated Riddle's Grocery on West Center Street in Richfield for many years. Two generations of school children gave her the name of "Ma Riddle".
She is survived by sons and daughter, Harmel Guy, Forrest Blair, R. Drue, Edward Bryce, all Richfield; Carroll R., Spring Glen; Bonnie Bolton, Salt Lake City; 25 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, daughter, Nada McHenry, son, Thello, and a sister, R Villa Schauer.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 20, 1996 at 12 noon in the Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary Chapel, where friends may call Friday evening from 7-9 p.m. and again on Saturday morning from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Burial in the Marysvale Cemetery. Funeral directors, Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary, Richfield.
