RICHFIELD, UTAH - Life, as we knew it, ended Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2002 when we lost our beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Rollo Drue Riddle.
Drue was born May 26, 1934 in Marysvale, Utah to Andrew Guy and Aleta King Riddle.
He married Evelyn Peterson of Salina, Utah on May 7, 1955; they later divorced.
Drue graduated from Richfield High School in 1955 and worked as a lineman with Wasatch Electric in Salt Lake City. He was a member of the IBEW. Upon retirement, he moved back to Richfield. He was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time in the mountains. Drue was outspoken in a quiet way and sought to live a simple life during complex times. He will be dearly missed by all those whose lives he touched.
He is survived by two daughters; a son, Greg (Kathy) of Wylie, TX; four grandchildren; brothers, Carroll (Reva); Edward Bryce; sister, Bonnie Bolton; sister-in-law, Jean Riddle.
Graveside services and interment will take place on Saturday, November 16, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. in the Marysvale Cemetery. Friends may call at the Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary, 50 South 100 West, in Richfield from 11:30 to 12:30 prior to services.
