Otey Terrell,74 of 1214 B St., was pronounced dead on arrival Friday evening(April ,1986 at Waynesboro Community hospital.
He was born Dec 12,1911 in Waynesboro,a son of Robert and Nettie Terrell.
He was a member of the Salvation Army Church and a retired employee of of Stanley Furniture Co.
Survivors include his widow,Mrs Cordelia (Talley) Terrell:two daughters,Mr James Mircle and Mrs.Helen Blackwell,both of Waynesboro:a stepDaughter ,Mrs James Mircle and Mrs Helen Blackwell both of Waynesboro,a step daughter,Mrs Patsy Matheny of Richmond,two step sons,Richard and Ronald Burnette,both of Waynesboro;two sisters,Mrs Phyllis Craig and Ethel Shifflett,both of Waynesboro.15 Grand children,12great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
His first wife Lorene (fisher) Terrell died March 12,1976.
A service will be conducted at 2pm Tuesday in the salvation Army Church By Lt.Christoper Flannagan,Capt James Allison and Capt Bruce Williams.
Burial will be in Glen Kirk Chapel Cemetery.
The Family will recieve friends From 7-8 pm Monday at McDow Funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Waynesboro First Aid Crew.
