L. Marie Nielsen, The funeral for L. Marie Nielsen, 79, Minneapolis, formerly of Fargo, will be at 11 Tuesday in Mount Olive Lutheran Church, Minneapolis. Visitation will be form 4 to 8 Monday in Henry W Anderson Mortuary, Minneapolis. A grave side service also will be held at 10 Wednesday in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fargo. She died Friday.
L Marie Best was born Nov. 14, 1909, in Oakes, N.D., where she grew up and attended school. She married Russell C Nielsen and had been working as a teacher. He died in 1966. In 1970 she moved to Minneapolis, where she had lived since.
She is survived by a son, Gary, Fargo; three daughters, Gail Nielsen, Ardie Nielsen and Linda Hurdlik, all of Minneapolis; a brother, Howard Best, Oakes; and two grandchildren. (Hanson-Runsvold)
