Born in Trigg County on September 11, 1911, Undine was the daughter of Warren C. "Teen" and Lola Vallie Stephens Hendricks. She was raised on the family farm in the Mershon Bridge Community northwest of Cadiz. Undine first married Robert Forest "Rob" Stone son of Travis and Bessie Allen Stone of Trigg County. They had one daughter, Patsy Ann, who married Billy Heaton July 4, 1957. At age of 28 Rob died August 20, 1940 and was buried in the East End Cemetery in Cadiz. On November 24, 1949, Undine married Frank Clark of Trigg County. They made their home on his family farm just west of Cadiz. Frank was a farmer, businessman and was instrumental in bringing about the Trigg Co. Fair since it's origin. Later they built a new home on Nunn Blvd. in Cadiz. Frank passed away on December 8, 1964 and was buried in the Miller Cemetery in Trigg County. On July 7, 1975, Undine married Robert Levi Lancaster, son of Wilford and Della Baker Lancaster. Both being retired, they made their home on Robert's farm on Lake Barkley in the Blue Spring Community. Both were members of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. At the age of 74, Undine died August 25, 1987 at the Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville and buried in East End Cemetery.

Undine was fondly known as "Diny" by her family and friends. She was a well known business lady having worked at the Wilkerson Department Store in Cadiz until retirement in 1975. She was devoted to her family and did so much to help other to make their lives better. She was a loving and compassionate person and a blessing to all who knew her.
