Gertrude Arnold, 79, died Sunday (June 20, 1999) in Huntsville Hospital. A native of Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Nog and Jennie Bell Bradley Clark and a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Faye Collins and Betty Moore, both of Fayetteville; three sisters, Mattie Sue Stewart and Erma Fite, both of Fayetteville, and Doris Brown of Huntsville; four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Funeral services were conducted yesterday afternoon at 2 p. m. in the Gallant Funeral Home with Elder Bob Bierer officiating. Burial was to follow in Shady Grove Cemetery.

Gertrude Arnold, 79, of Stonebridge Drive died Sunday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Gallant Funeral Home with Elder Bob Bierer officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery with Gallant Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Arnold was a native of Lincoln County. She was a homemaker and a member of the Fayetteville Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Arnold. Survivors include two daughters, Faye Collins and Betty Moore, both of Fayetteville; three sisters, Mattie Sue Stewart, Irma Fite, both of Fayetteville, Doris Brown of Huntsville; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation will be tonight from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
