Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Jean Moore, age 73, of Fayetteville, TN, who passed away Friday, November 5, 2010 at Huntsville Hospital, conducted in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Bro. Sonny Moore officiating. Burial in Stewart Cemetery.
Mrs. Moore was a native of Lincoln Co., TN, the daughter of Oscar Hugh & Gertrude Joyce Clark Arnold.
She was a secretary with the United States Army Corps of Engineers. She enjoyed gardening, arts and crafts, cake decorating, interior decorating, flowers, and was a member of the Holiness Church of God.
She is preceded in death by her husband: J.B. Moore; her parents: Oscar H. & Gertrude J. Arnold; sister: Faye Collins; and brother: Thomas Ray Arnold. Survivors include her daughters: Shellie Lynn Moore and Jennifer Jo Smith, both of Fayetteville; two grandchildren: Leslie & John Cross; and one great-grandchild: Mackenzie Cross.
