She was born Oct.11,1936 in Waynesboro, a daughter of Walter and Ruby Morris Brown.
She was an active member of the Waynesboro Moose Lodge and the Augusta County Eagles.
She was preceded in death by her husband ,Warren Byrd Bryant,on May 15,1990,a son Kenneth Walter Bryant, a brother,Forrest Brown, and by two grandchildren,Warren Dale Bryant Jr. and Amanda Nicole Bryant.
Surviving are four sons, all of Waynesboro, a daughter of Waynesboro,two brothers,both of Waynesboro,nine grandchildren, and a number of nieces a
A service will be conducted at 11a.m. Friday in McDow Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Earl Hammer with burial in Augusta Memorial Park.
Active Pallbearers will be Sam Ralston,Gary Ralston,B.C.Maxwell,Rick Call,Brent Pirkey,Sonny Keys,Russell Kennedy, and Layton Warble.
Honorary pallbearers will be friends and co-workers.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and at other times at the residence.
