Grandma Mayme was the daughter of Michael Frank Joyce and Charlotte Kirkland. She was sister to Nellie, Walter, and Edward. She married Bryan William Cobb on September 6, 1917 in El Paso, Texas at Immaculate Conception Church. They were blessed with six children: Bryan Michael, June Mary, Ramon Gerhard, Hubert Francis, Ave Maria, and Charlotte Cecilia. Her paternal grandparents were Frank and Ellen Joyce of Ireland. Her maternal grandparents were John Kirkland and Mary Mulligan of Ireland.
