Rachel was born in Streeter, ND, to Jacob John and Lydia (Rempfer) Buck on January 11, 1927. She married Howard Berry on July 24, 1946, in Sioux Falls, SD. They moved to Lodi, CA, in 1948. Survived by 1 daughter, 2 sons, 19 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and 1 sister. Preceded in death by husband on November 1, 1986, 3 sons: Danny and Rodney Berry and Duane Kerry, daughter: Linda Ornelas, granddaughter: Kendra Berry, 6 brothers: Wes, Ben, Bob, Franklin, Ruben and Arlin Buck, 3 sisters: Clara Koehn, Francine and Florence Nichols. Lodi Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial in Cherokee Memorial Park in Lodi, CA.
