John T. Steen, aged 87, of Crossett, Arkansas, died Sunday, November 14, 1976. He was a retired employee of the Tremont & Gulf Railroad and a member of the First Baptist Church. Formerly of Winnfield, he was a Mason and a member of the Eastern Star.

Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Lillian Heflin of Crossett; four sisters, Miss Beulah Steen of Grayson, La., Mrs. L. T. Whitten of Olla, La., Mrs. W. L. Rankin of Tullos, La., and Mrs. Corena Ledbetter of Lake Charles, La., and one grandchild.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Jones Funeral Home. Graveside service was at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Winnfield Cemetery in Winnfield.
