The deceased was well known in Winnfield, having visited her son, J. T. Steen, many times.
Mrs. Steen is survived by two sons, J. T. Steen of Winnfield, and J. H. Steen of Olla; five daughters, Mrs. L. T. Whitten, Urania, Mrs. Jack Ledbetter, Lake Charles, Jrs. W. L. Rankin, Tullos, Mrs. Clarence Stroud, and Miss Beulah Steen, Kelly and eight brothers.
