Joseph Weller, age 74, died July 12, 1938 following an automobile accident in Birnamwood.

He was born March 27, 1863 in Manawa, the son of the late Joseph and Sadie (Roman) Weller.

Joseph was united in marriage to Mary Greason. She survives.

In addition to his wife, survivors include 12 children, Herman (Ruby) Weller, Edwin (Lorna) Weller, George Weller, Clara (Raymond) Kleman, Celia Krenn, Emily Flaig, Mrs. Fred Beckman and Mary (Onufry) Wanta, Joe Weller, Alfred (Elda) Weller, Gustave (Regina) Weller and Frank Weller; and grandchildren.

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Georgeann Weller.

Funeral services were held July 15, 1938 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Galloway. Interment was in the parish cemetery.
